We are comfortable with and practice in the General Session, Juvenile, Circuit, Chancery and West Tennessee United States District trial courts and the Tennessee Courts Of Appeal, Tennessee Supreme Court and United States Sixth (6th) Circuit Court Of Appeal appellate courts. While admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Bishop has not yet appealed a case there.

We like to focus our skills and efforts for clients with difficult and diverse problems to minimize expensive litigation through proper planning and clear documentation but when litigation is required we develop and implement strategies to encourage favorable settlements, judicial awards or jury verdicts.
We strive to provide commonly expected legal services uncommonly well to help our client's achieve success. Since we are a small firm with a diverse practice across an expanded geographic area, we obviously can not take all the cases presented to us. But, for the cases we do accept, we apply our best efforts (sometimes with client approval working with other attorneys) and the time necessary to protect our client's interest which can not always be a quick and inexpensive process, particularly when scheduling necessary litigation around a crowded court calendar and other demands.
